We welcome Adwoa Asare to the ROR Carolinas team as the Project Manager for North Carolina and South Carolina.

Adwoa is a native of Durham, NC and she joins the RORC team after spending two years in the Boston area completing an MBA in Social Impact from The Heller School at Brandeis University.

During grad school, Adwoa was involved in entrepreneurial startups for minority women in STEM and was the leader of several impact related organizations. Prior to business school, she worked for eight years as a program manager and community organizer at Habitat for Humanity in Chapel Hill, NC.

Adwoa brings a decade of nonprofit experience and project management to the team.

As Project Manager, Adwoa is currently building our SharePoint platform for easier communication of project milestones, sharing information across the team, and ensuring we meet important deadlines.

Adwoa will also support the leadership team and program specialists on emerging projects at new and existing sites within the RORC community.

A proud auntie of two, Adwoa is eager to help our team succeed in reaching thousands more children throughout the Carolinas!
